Direct School Admission (DSA-Sec) Exercise 2026

The DSA-Sec and Secondary 1 (S1) Posting are the two modes of admission to Secondary Schools. The DSA-Sec allows students to seek admission to S1 based on their achievements and talents.

Promising primary 6 students in the current year of study with the aptitude and passion in the talent areas listed below may apply for admission into Secondary 1 (2027) to Jurongville Secondary School through DSA-Sec Exercise 2026. Note to Applicants:

Parents and students are encouraged to choose schools wisely based on the student’s aptitudes and strengths, bearing in mind the schools’ academic and non-academic requirements, and the programmes available to develop the area of talent.
Students who are successfully admitted to the school via DSA are expected to honour their commitment to the school and participate in the activities related to the talent they are selected for from year 1-4.
Due to different profiles of applicants, selection/shortlisting trends may differ year on year.
Application for DSA-Sec can be submitted through the online DSA Sec Portal. The application is free-of-charge and will be open from Wednesday 6 May 2026, 11am onwars to Tuesday 2 June 2026, 4.30pm.

Meeting all the criteria does not guarantee the student will be shortlisted/given an offer. Applicants who do not have prior experience may also apply. The school will assess applicants based on the selection criteria, which may include assessing the potential of the applicants.
